MUMBAI: The Shiv Sena and also the Raj Thackeray-led MNS have warned filmmaker Ram Gopal Verma versus signing Maria Susairaj in the up coming movie.

"Verma will need to give up the notion of roping in Susairaj for his up coming movie. If he persists, the Sena will have to consider string action," said Abhijeet Phanse, chief from the Sena's movie wing.

His MNS counterpart Ameya Khopkar said, "The MNS will teach Verma an appropriate lesson if goes ahead together with his program and subscribes Susairaj for his up coming film."

Each Phanse and Khopkar accused of Verma trying to cash in to the Neeraj Grover murder for box-office revenue. "Verma is indulging in low-priced publicity gimmick. He should not stoop this kind of low for industrial good results," Phanse pointed out. Said Khopkar, "Verma is glamourising crime. Susairaj is, after all, a convict inside a case that's both tragic and gruesome." Both Sena along with the MNS are all set to oppose Susairaj's forays, if any, in the world of Television serials.

Phanse said that he has spoken towards the Color channel and asked them to not signal up Susairaj for 'Big Boss'. "The Channel makes it obvious that is has no ideas to introduce Susairaj in any of his porgrammes," he additional.

Susairaj was convicted last week from the Periods court for destruction of evidence in the 2008 Neeraj Grover murder situation.
